Requirements:- Complete daily non-post reports and block posting
- Conduct daily work checks and process mailed loan payments
- Review loan loading checklists
- Handle processing of paid notes and releases, coupon book ordering, and appraisal ordering
- Manage Notice of Lien/DMV
- Complete monthly UCC reports
- Perform dealer balancing
- Processing of adverse action files
- Process plateau commissions
- Provide notary services
- Demonstrate understanding of basic loan knowledge and terminology
- Provide extraordinary internal and external customer service
- Basic knowledge of bank products and services
- Familiarity with Fiserv software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to apply proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting in all communication
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of proper documentation for various types of loans
