Job Summary
- The Marketing Manager is a dynamic and driven Trusted Advisor who executes comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the Bank's products and services. Through collaboration with coworkers, leveraging various marketing channels, and aligning with the Bank's overall brand identity and market positioning, the manager aims to attract new customers, retain existing ones, and achieve business strategic goals. The Marketing Manager role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, project management expertise, and leadership skills.
Essential Functions:

Campaign Development and Execution:
- Design and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels including email, website, social media, direct mail, and print advertising to promote new and existing bank products (e.g., loans, credit cards, savings accounts).
- Create compelling marketing materials, including copywriting, graphics, and visuals that are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Manage campaign budgets and track ROI to measure effectiveness.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify target demographics, and analyze competitor activity
- Utilize customer data to identify trends and inform marketing strategies
- Monitor industry trends and adapt marketing plans accordingly
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for cross-selling
Digital Marketing:
- Manage the Bank's website and online presence
- Develop and execute social media strategies
- Implement SEO (Search Engine Optimization) techniques to improve website visibility
- Utilize paid advertising platforms like Google Ads and social media ads
Content Creation:
- Write engaging content for websites, blog posts, email newsletters, radio ads and social media
- Develop and manage content calendars
Branding and Compliance:
- Maintain consistency with the Bank's brand image across all marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal compliance reviewers to ensure all content and designs meet regulatory compliance standards prior to distribution.
- Participate in creative brainstorming to help define and deploy strategic campaigns with defined goals and objectives.
- Design ads, flyers, signage, social posts, and other graphic needs within established brand guidelines.
- Create original marketing content designed to generate interest and increase brand awareness for website pages, blog posts, emails, social media, print materials, newsletters, etc.
- Provide creative for advertisements, including print, web, PPC, and ads within our digital banking platforms.
- Assists with audit and examination preparation related to all marketing efforts.
- Participate in community events

- Familiarity with web design and content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to analyze market data, customer insights, and campaign performance to make informed decisions
- Ability to work in a dynamic department, multi-tasking daily responsibilities and special projects as they arise, to ensure deadlines are met.
- In-depth understanding of banking products and services
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, Web, and Social Media Platforms to execute effective campaigns
- Thorough knowledge of principles and methods used to promote, display, and sell products and services.
- Prior bank experience is a plus

Education and Experience
- University degree or equivalent degree in marketing, public relations, or related field or
- 3 years of experience in marketing
