What are the responsibilities and job description for the Chemical Tech position at Wood PLC?

JOB DESCRIPTION

Authorization to work lawfully in the US without sponsorship from Wood is required.

Oversee day to day operations of our water transfers, recycling and frack pond infrastructure
Work with chemicals and bulk containers in the field
Oversee daily operations of 3rd party vendors to safely accomplish tasks
Assist in finding ways to improve processes to be more efficient.
Work with vendors to maintain best work practices.
Work with operation supervisor on daily basis to ensure constant communication and coordination.
Assist R&D time to time with new sustainable water handling technologies such as enhanced evaporation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Demonstrate leadership, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to work with all levels of the organization

Support and motivate vendors to achieve operational objectives

Manage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice

Ability to self-motivate

Must be a self-starter
