- Oversee day to day operations of our water transfers, recycling and frack pond infrastructure
- Work with chemicals and bulk containers in the field
- Oversee daily operations of 3rd party vendors to safely accomplish tasks
- Assist in finding ways to improve processes to be more efficient.
- Work with vendors to maintain best work practices.
- Work with operation supervisor on daily basis to ensure constant communication and coordination.
- Assist R&D time to time with new sustainable water handling technologies such as enhanced evaporation.
- Demonstrate leadership, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to work with all levels of the organization
- Support and motivate vendors to achieve operational objectives
- Manage multiple tasks and changes to priorities with little notice
- Ability to self-motivate
- Must be a self-starter
