Responsibilities and Requirements
As an Administrator/Requisitioner at Wood PLC, you will be responsible for creating and revising purchase requisitions, assisting end-users with submission inquiries, and coordinating the lifecycle of purchase orders from receipt to supplier payment. You will also lead RFQ sourcing events, strategically source and propose pricebook additions, and manage contracts for consistently purchased inventory materials.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to work autonomously, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They should also possess a basic level of proficiency with SAP or SMART by GEP and intermediate proficiency with Microsoft O365 applications.
Additional requirements include 3 years of experience in purchasing or a related field, as well as self-starting abilities and productive collaboration skills.
