RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sorts, classifies, and codes material for filing.
- Prepares new files within the file classification plan.
- Accesses, compiles, gathers, and delivers requested information assets.
- Maintains an accurate charge-out system.
- Maintains accurate circulation information.
- Receives and processes information transferred to inactive storage in accordance with established schedules.
- Processes obsolete information for destruction, in accordance with the retention policy and established procedures.
