Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations, ensuring all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
- Train and mentor housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and equipment usage.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Address guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate special requests or events that require additional housekeeping support.

Qualifications
