Woodard Builders Supply is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join and grow with our team in order to help drive company success.
Responsibilities will include: assisting in answering phones, drafting correspondences and other formal documents, providing written quotes and purchase orders as directed, filing all project documents and any other duties as required by senior administrative staff
Requirements:
Previous office administration experience
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word / Excel / Outlook
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Punctual and dependable
Team and customer service oriented
Excellent time management skills
