The Position:
We are currently seeking a full-time residential Maintenance Technician to work with our team at Brookdale Apartments in South Lyon! Your responsibilities will include general maintenance of the property, light carpentry and electrical, HVAC repairs, service requests, preventative maintenance, make-ready turns, and other assigned duties.

The Requirements:
- 1 year residential maintenance experience
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs., move appliances, bend, & climb ladders
- Must have a valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Willing & able to work rotating on-call schedule
- Must pass criminal background check & drug screening
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00 - $43,680.00 per year
