Beverage Production Specialist - Production Lead

Woodbury Vineyards is a family ran winery dedicated to crafting high-quality wines with a commitment to excellence. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a Production Lead to oversee the day-to-day production processes and ensure efficient, high-quality winemaking operations.

Position Overview:

The Production Lead will be responsible for managing the daily production activities, including racking, bottling, filtering, lab analysis, inventory management, and compliance record-keeping. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and wants to play a key role in the continued growth of Woodbury Vineyards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute daily production tasks including racking, bottling, and filtering wines.
• Perform and oversee lab analysis to maintain quality control standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of bulk wine, juice, production chemicals, and cleaning agents.
• Maintain compliance records and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
• Work closely with the winemaking team to optimize production efficiency.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate routine maintenance as needed.
• Assist in new product development and production innovation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in winery production, brewing, or a similar beverage production field preferred but willing to train the right minded career driven individual
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail, particularly in lab analysis and compliance documentation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Familiarity with winemaking processes, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Passion for wine and an eagerness to learn and grow within the industry.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
