CURRENT OPENING:
- Part-time (3:30PM-7:30PM)
- Every other weekend required
The Back of House Dishwasher
washes and sanitizes all china, flatware, and cooking supplies. They maintain a
clean, sanitary kitchen area and assist in maintaining general stock. This
position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVING Core
Values, Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High
school diploma or equivalent preferred but not is not required.
- Valid HS Work Permit if under eighteen years of age.
- Operates
the dishwasher according to outlined dishwashing standards and appropriately
stores clean items.
- Washes,
cleans, and sanitizes all items from the pot and pan sink. Completes the pot
and pan sanitizer log for each shift.
- Clears
and busses tables as needed.
- Timely
completes pre-shift and post-shift duties according to set up sheets.
- Follows
floor cleaning procedures.
- Replenishes
necessary supplies. Puts away stock and rotates stock as needed.
