CURRENT OPENING:
- Full-time: 80 hours biweekly (7:00A-3:30P)
- Typically, Monday through Friday
- Snow removal duties are required
The Grounds Supervisor
is to maintain the grounds of Woodcrest Villa and Trillium Place, including
shrubs, trees, and grass, in excellent condition and oversee the groundskeeping
team. This position will be performed in accordance with TANDEM LIVINGS’ Core Values,
Mission Statement, and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Two
(2) years supervisory experience working as a groundskeeper or nursery worker.
- Valid
PA pesticide license.
- A valid PA driver's license with a minimum of two (2) years of driving experience required.
- Knowledge
of basic computer skills are needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Oversees
and provides care for Woodcrest Villa and Trillium Place grounds including
trimming shrubs and trees, maintaining flower beds, and mowing of grass;
Oversees equipment and snow removal; Implements snow and ice procedures.
- Oversees
groundskeeping team and assists in grounds care.
- Trains
and educates team on grounds equipment.
- Maintains
and keeps all records for pesticides, etc.
- Monitors
financial results and payroll data.
