Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar operations, and ensuring an exceptional experience for all patrons.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tabs.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders to customers at the bar.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices.
- Monitor guest behavior and intervene when necessary to ensure a safe environment.
Experience
- Previous bartending/serving experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling cash transactions and calculating drink recipes.
- Knowledge of fine dining service standards is a plus, along with experience in catering or event services.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Familiarity with brewing techniques or specialty cocktails is advantageous but not mandatory.
