We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitized and in good working order.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service, taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions using POS systems, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of bar areas for events, including banquets and catering services.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable.
- Stay informed about new drink trends, menu changes, and seasonal offerings to enhance guest experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Bartender is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential.
- Experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule availability, including nights and weekends, is required.
