- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints professionally.
- Uphold high standards of food safety and sanitation practices.
Experience
- Previous experience in a food service or hospitality role is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with culinary terms and food preparation techniques is an advantage.
- Strong math skills for handling transactions and managing tabs effectively.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
