Our ideal restaurant candidate is an energetic service professional and committed to providing outstanding service every day. Our candidate will assure the highest standards of service including dining room appearance, hospitality of service staff, as well as the cleanliness of food and beverage facilities, and will provide supervision and training to staff. Our Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the supervision and training of staff, developing and implementing programs to increase sales within the restaurants and will implement controls to ensure that budgeted food, labor, supplies and other cost goals are maintained.

Our ideal candidate must have 3-4 years of supervisory/management experience in an upscale, high-volume restaurant, with strong customer service, communication and organizational skills. Banquet management experience is a plus as this role will also provide in-season support. Must have excellent communication and computer skills, knowledge of JONAS preferred. Candidate must have a flexible schedule, available to work 5-6 days per week, including afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends. EOE/DFWP

Requirements

• 3-4 years F&B management experience in a premier country club or upscale restaurant
• Must be able to work flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays
• Must have superior communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hospitality degree/management degree or relevant experience
• JONAS knowledge, preferred
