Muti-Franchise import dealer group in the Northwest Chicagoland Suburbs is looking for a F/T Biller. We are a large volume dealership looking for self-starters with the ability to multi task. Modern facilities with excellent benefits.
AUTOMOTIVE BILLER:
- MUST have Experience in Automobile Dealerships.
Duties included but not limited to, for an automotive biller:
- Packaging contracts.
- Billing deals from F&I integration into accounting.
- Month end reporting.
- Schedule clean-up.
- ADP/CDK computer experience a plus.
- Ability to work in our fast-paced business while multi-tasking.
Qualifications and Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess the following education, skills and abilities:
- CDK/ADP computer experience helpful.
- Communicates clearly and in a positive manner.
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical thinker, able to research and identify errors.
- Professional appearance & attitude.
- Pre-placement drug screen.
Additional Considerations:
- Bi-lingual a plus.
- Auto dealer experience preferred but will train the right person.
