What You’ll Do:
· Coaching & Development: Train, mentor, and support administrative teams in effective cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximize revenue from existing clients.
· Growth Strategy: Develop and implement sales coaching strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives, ensuring continuous revenue expansion.
· AI & Technology Utilization: Identify and integrate AI-driven tools to streamline sales processes, improve customer engagement, and optimize sales performance.
· Sales Performance Monitoring: Analyze sales metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
· Data & Metrics-Driven Approach: Establish and track KPIs. Use insights from data analytics to refine coaching strategies and drive sales effectiveness.
· Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with multiple departments, including marketing and operations, to align sales efforts and improve client satisfaction.
· Reporting & Forecasting: Track and report key sales performance indicators, providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Utilize sales analytics to forecast trends and set performance benchmarks.
What You’ll Bring:
· Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
· Proven experience in inside sales, sales coaching, or a related role.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop teams.
· Knowledge of AI-driven sales tools and CRM systems.
· Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sales trends and performance metrics.
· Driving Requirements
- Must have a valid Virginia driver’s license.
- Must have positive points on state driving record.
- Must be at least 21 years of age unless company approval is granted.
- Must not have had a DUI, DWI, or reckless driving conviction in the last five years.
- All driving records are run as part of our pre-employment process and reviewed at the discretion of the Safety Team.
