WSM Law is a multi-state divorce and litigation firm dedicated to representing women. We are seeking a Managing Attorney to help us open and run a new office in the PIttsburgh market. The ideal candidate will be passionate about our mission to fight for women, a fierce litigator, and a strong leader.
As the Managing Attorney you will be responsible for managing a caseload and training and leading a team of associate attorneys. You will get to be an attorney. WSM Corporate handles all administrative tasks including lead generation, billing, marketing, hiring, H / R, purchasing, and IT. The Managing Attorney's primary focus will be to provide excellent legal services to our clients.
Compensation is 100% commission-based. You will earn 27.5% of every dollar collected by the PIttsburgh office. All office costs / expenses are paid for by WSM Corporate, including rent, marketing, and your team's salaries.
This position is perfect for an experienced family law attorney who is ready to go out on their own, but needs an experienced partner to help mitigate the associated risks.
