Responsibilities
- Manage employee orientation processes to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Implement change management initiatives to facilitate organizational transitions effectively.
- Oversee affirmative action planning to promote diversity and inclusion within the workforce.
- Administer performance management systems, providing guidance on performance evaluations and development plans.
- Support succession planning efforts by identifying potential leaders within the organization.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations and ensure workplace safety standards are met.
- Utilize UltiPro for HR administrative tasks, including employee records management and reporting.
- Communicate effectively with employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Assist in workforce management by analyzing staffing needs and coordinating recruitment efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in an HR generalist role or similar position is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards.
- Experience with employee orientation programs and affirmative action planning.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Strong performance management skills with the ability to coach managers on best practices.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with employees at all levels.
