Starting Salary : $55,000 - $65,000

Job Summary :
The Customer Service Representative (CSR) in a manufacturing facility is responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. This role also includes supporting logistics and transportation functions when necessary, assisting with shipment coordination, and providing backup for transportation planning tasks as needed. The CSR will work closely with internal teams to maintain smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction. This position reports directly to the Logistics Manager. No supervisory responsibility.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Customer Service Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, answering inquiries related to product availability, order status, and shipping details.
- Process customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues related to products, orders, or shipping, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Provide regular updates to customers on order status, changes, or delays.
- Maintain customer records, ensuring accuracy in CRM systems, and tracking order history.

This person is expected to perform work in the office and on the manufacturing floor / environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Travel :
This position does not require travel to other Woodgrain locations.
