Responsibilities

- Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while handling incoming calls and inquiries.
- Assist in calendar management, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments for team members.
- Provide general administrative support, including typing documents, preparing reports, and maintaining office supplies.
- Serve as a personal assistant to organizational leaders as needed, helping with various tasks to enhance productivity.
Experience
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
