The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Duties
- Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Manage daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring smooth service during all shifts.
- Lead, train, and mentor staff to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, manage ordering processes, and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors to secure quality products at competitive prices.
- Conduct regular inspections of dining areas, kitchens, and storage facilities to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality management or a related field, preferably in a leadership role within the food service industry.
- Strong shift management skills with the ability to oversee multiple teams effectively.
