Summary

Here is a growing custom architectural millwork project / senior project manager to successfully execute project to client, company, and industry standards. The PM will have jobsite supervisors and assistant project managers reporting to them and will be reporting themselves to the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

Project Management :

• Obtain client project schedules and provide critical scheduling information and updates to the Director of
• Provide scheduling information, coordinate deliveries, and assist in hiring decisions.
• Report project status to the VP Millwork Division and Millwork Operations Manager.
• Participate in project meetings and provide feedback to various departments.
• Communicate scheduling and production timelines to clients and vendors.
• Obtain and provide field dimensions to engineering and production.
• Manage jobsite documentation, quality control, and climate control.
• Ensure achievement of client delivery milestones.
• Verify site requirements and jobsite conditions.
• Oversee pre-punch and final punch lists.
