First class, fast paced Outdoor Power Equipment dealership in Grand Rapids, Michigan. We are looking for a motivated Parts Counter person to join this fun and rewarding opportunity. We are looking for a Parts Counter Sales Person with people skills, sales skills, a professional appearance and great attitude. You must have computer skills, be detail oriented, and have a real desire to help customers.
A mechanical background is a plus, but the ability to multi-task is crucial. Prior experience in working a parts department is not required but recommended.

Responsibilities:
- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain and demonstrate products to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Previous outdoor power equipment experience
- Industry experience recommended
Work Includes:
- Normal business hours 8am-5pm / M-F
- Rotation of Saturday mornings (when scheduled) in the busy season 9am-Noon
