Woodland Manor is seeking a Nursing Home Administrator NHA for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Elkhart, IN
The Nursing Home Administrator NHA is responsible for directing the day-to-day operations of the facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing long-term care facilities and to ensure that the highest degree of resident care and services are delivered and maintained. He/she will ensure all personnel are treated fairly and consistent with company policy and applicable laws
This is a Full-Time Position
Responsibilities:
- Oversight and management of all business related activity for this skilled nursing facility
- Ensure company standard as high-quality provider through implementation and monitoring of quality systems and processes
- Oversee Annual State Surveys
- Financial management
- Work collaboratively with physicians to implement appropriate healthcare programs
- Maintain a clean environment to ensure patient safety
- Establish and enforce healthcare policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Must be a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in good standing and/or meet all applicable federal and state licensure requirements
- Previous NHA experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
