Job Details:
Dynamic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed to enhance our growing Oncology Division. The ideal candidate will offer compassionate care to patients in the clinic setting as well as hospital setting. The candidate must possess a drive for efficient, quality patient-centered care. Experience in Oncology as a Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant or Registered Nurse is required. Salary commensurate with experience. Florida licensure is required for all positions when applicable.

Current physician specialties include Hematology-Oncology, Urology, Primary Care, Radiation Oncology, Pulmonology, Breast Health Services and Diagnostic Imaging.
Job Description:
· Conduct patient assessments, including physical exams, medical histories, and diagnostic tests.
· Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with oncologists and other healthcare professionals.
· Educate patients and families on cancer diagnoses, treatment options, and supportive care.
· Manage chemotherapy side effects.
· Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
· Provide emotional support and offer guidance on navigating the healthcare system.

Qualifications:
· APRN/PA degree from an accredited program is required
· Current Florida APRN/PA license is preferred but not required
· Oncology experience required
· Excellent interpersonal skills interacting with other professional and administrative staff
