- Provide administrative support to the CEO
- Assist with Human Resources tasks (recruitment, onboarding, benefits)
- Develop and implement marketing strategies
- Manage accounting tasks (AP/AR, budgeting)
- Maintain CEO's calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate projects and events
- Conduct research and analyze data for business decisions
- Project implementation and management
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or currently pursuing)
- 1-2 years of administrative experience (medical, HR or marketing industry experience a plus)
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Responsible, eager to learn, and proactive
- Basic knowledge of QuickBooks and ADP a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
