About the Position : Up Excellence Academy is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Administrative Assistant to the CEO who will serve as a key support in managing daily operations, communications, and strategic priorities. Primary Job Functions :
- Administrative Support : Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements to ensure seamless daily operations.
- Communication Management : Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and meeting agendas on behalf of the CEO.
- Meeting Coordination : Prepare materials for meetings, take detailed minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
- Project Management : Assist in tracking key projects and deadlines, ensuring the CEO stays informed and aligned with priorities.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal or external stakeholders, fostering strong and professional relationships.
- Event Coordination : Support the planning and execution of internal events, presentations, and public appearances.
