Responsibilities:

• Support human resources processes by calling applicants, scheduling/conducting interviews, conducting orientation, maintaining records and information.

• Prepare orientation materials.

• Perform background checks for potential hires.

• Audit binders for current licensure.

• Submit employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analyzing data.

• Provide secretarial support by entering, formatting, printing, and filing information.

• Organize work.

• Keep payroll binder updated.

• Sort and distribute checks and pay stubs.

• Answer the telephone, relay messages, and maintain equipment and supplies.

• Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

• Maintain quality service by following organization standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Previous human resources experience is preferred.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• File management and data entry skills.

• Microsoft Office skills are preferred.

• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.
