What you will do as a Clinical Operations Consultant:
- Conduct regular visits to facilities to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes, systems, policies and procedures and to monitor facility compliance with the organization’s policies and procedures related to the provision of resident health, personal care services, medication management and infection prevention/control.
- Assist with the development, implementation and evaluation of the company's processes, systems, policies and procedures relate to resident health, personal care services, medication management and infection prevention/control.
- Participate in company-wide mock survey audits to ensure survey readiness.
- Analyze data to identify trends and assists with identification of appropriate interventions related to infection control, medication management, and resident incident/accidents.
- Analyze the need for, makes recommendations for and/or develops and implements personnel training programs that address current needs in the area of resident health, personal care services, medication management and infection prevention/control.
- Perform community RN responsibilities as needed to fulfill required service levels within communities. Leads the handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.

Requirements
What you’ll bring to the role:
- Must possess an active RN or LPN license in the State of Maine
- Must be proficient in the English language
- A current, valid license to operate a vehicle in the state of Maine and a driving record that is satisfactory to the company may be required
- Must complete a criminal history record check to the satisfaction of the company
