Job Title: Assistant Swim Coach

Reports To: Director of Aquatics

Position Description: Responsible for coaching and attending teams swim meets. The position is seasonal, with an hourly range between $22.00 - $28.00 depending on experience.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Schedules and attends practice sessions for the swim team
• Organizes all aspects of swim meets including scheduling individual race participants, recording, and posting start times and distributing race ribbons
• Attends and participates in the clubs coaches meetings
• Maintains swim team and event equipment
• Attends all swim team events
• Organizes swim meet volunteers
• Maintains records for hours worked
• Performs other tasks as required by Head Coach
• Performs any and all other duties assigned by supervisor
