Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and care standards.
- Manage and support clinical staff, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensure full compliance with relevant regulatory standards and accreditation requirements.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the quality and safety of patient care.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative teams to assess patient needs and improve the delivery of services.
- Monitor clinical outcomes, identify areas for improvement, and implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Foster open communication between departments to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
- Stay current on advancements in healthcare management and treatment practices, integrating relevant innovations into the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience in healthcare management, preferably within a clinical or behavioral health setting.
- Strong background in leading and managing clinical teams, as well as overseeing clinical programs.
- Familiarity with regulatory accreditation processes, such as JCAHO, is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze clinical performance data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
