Work Hours: 25-30 hours per week (Flexible schedule)

Position Overview:

We are looking for an Operations Management Intern who will help streamline and optimize daily workflows across departments. This role focuses on enhancing internal processes, managing inventory systems, and supporting buyer coordination. Ideal for someone with strong analytical skills and an interest in operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate day-to-day operational workflows
• Analyze and enhance the efficiency of current systems
• Support inventory management and logistics coordination
• Assist in improving customer experience and order fulfillment
• Coordinate with the purchasing team and support buyer activities
• Prepare internal reports and contribute to process documentation

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
• Netsuite or other system experience is a plus
• Experience with inventory tracking or procurement is a bonus
• Strong Excel and reporting skills
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively

Salary & Benefits:

• First 4 weeks: Reimbursement for all food, gas, and other daily expenses
• After: Salary based on performance ($16–$20/hour)
