Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Landscaping Leader to join our team as an equity partner. I’m in the process of acquiring a landscaping construction company, which is where your expertise will be vital.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess the ability to effectively maintain and enhance various landscapes. This role involves hands-on tasks related to lawn care, groundskeeping, and overall landscape maintenance, ensuring that our clients' properties are aesthetically pleasing and well-kept.
Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care and hardscaping activities, including mowing, trimming, and fertilizing, building external hard surfaces of buildings.
- Execute irrigation tasks to ensure proper water distribution for plants and lawns.
- Provide tree care services, including pruning and health assessments.
- Build and maintain garden beds, ensuring optimal plant health and aesthetics.
- Oversee landscape maintenance projects, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Supervise junior staff members, providing leadership and guidance as needed.
- Maintain equipment used in landscaping tasks, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and preferences.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques is essential.
- Familiarity with tree care practices and groundskeeping methods is a plus.
- Ability to build garden structures or features as required.
- Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising teams is beneficial.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.

- A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
