Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions for employees on phone etiquette, customer service, and the effective use of Square POS System
- Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and create customized training plans.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality training and incorporate them into the learning and development programs.
- Provide ongoing support to employees by answering questions and providing additional training as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or similar setting.
- Strong knowledge of guest services and guest relations principles.
- Familiarity with POS System
- Strong beverage knowledge
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to effectively train and coach employees at all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
