OUR DEPARTMENT MISSION
We take our cheese very seriously. It's an important part of the overall culinary picture here at WFM. The Cheese department aims to provide fresh, local, and interesting cheeses when possible; combined with some of the best and most popular cheeses from around the world. But we don't stop there. We stock and sell all the important provisions that pair with them, like sausages and olives and more! We work hard to portion and prepare selections to keep our cases and displays full. That's why we give you Five Roles (the most important five things you'll be asked to do on a daily basis) :

OF UTMOST IMPORTANCE - WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Accurately receive order against purchase order
- Cut & wrap cheese following all health & safety standards
- Bulk out provisions following all health & safety standards, making sure containers are clean and presentable
- Ensure that all products are labeled accurately (date, price, product)
- Merchandise & stock cheese and provisions cases when working in the store
- Assist with ECRS receiving (database entry) when needed
