We are looking for an individual who enjoys helping people and who is compelled to provide excellent service to join our Customer Service Representative (CSR) team.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVEAs a CSR, you will be involved in an on-the-job training program to enhance your skills and encourage internal advancement. Your primary responsibility is to ensure a positive total customer experience by completing banking transactions for individual and business customers. Keys to success include a professional demeanor, positive attitude, reliability, and excellent attention to detail.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

· Greet customers with a smile

· Cash checks and take deposits

· Take loan payments

· Balance cash drawer

· Redeem Savings Bonds

· Issue money orders, cashiers’ checks and gift cards

· Provide information to customers about bank products and services

This role is available in a part-time or full-time capacity. Part-time positions are approximately 20-25 hours per week and full-time positions are approximately 38-40 hours per week. A schedule is prepared a week or two in advance and may consist of scheduled time between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday; 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. on Fridays; and approx. one Saturday per month from 8:00 to noon.
