- Estimated annual base pay: 161,600 (minimum) - $202,000 (midpoint) - $242,400(maximum)

What You Will Be Doing
Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Comm Ops Managers to achieve performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that promotes accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Set clear goals and expectations for the team, providing regular performance feedback and coaching.
- Act as a primary point of escalation for high-value or complex customer issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key aerospace customers, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and exceed client expectations.
- Develop, implement, and manage processes and procedures to ensure efficiency, compliance, and alignment with aerospace industry standards.
- Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) such as response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Oversee the development of tools and systems to enhance customer service operations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align customer service strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for growth within the aerospace sector.
- Drive initiatives to enhance service delivery, optimize workflows, and improve operational scalability.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, supply chain, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination in meeting customer demands.
- Partner with compliance and quality assurance teams to ensure adherence to aerospace regulations and standards.
- Ensure all customer service processes comply with aerospace industry regulations and certifications.
- Stay updated on changes in aerospace standards and best practices, implementing necessary updates in operations.
- Manage departmental budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining high service standards.
- Allocate resources effectively to meet customer and business demands.
- 8–10 years of experience in customer service, commercial operations, or business management, preferably in the aerospace or aviation industry.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams in a high-pressure, customer-facing environment.
- Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- In-depth understanding of aerospace industry regulations, standards, and customer requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance long-term goals with day-to-day operational demands.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experienced with continuous improvement and business process improvement
- Certifications: Certifications related to aerospace standards (e.g., AS9100, FAA regulations) or project management (e.g., PMP, Lean Six Sigma) are a plus.
