* Level 1: Estimated hourly base pay: $18.73 (minimum) - $23.41 (midpoint) - $28.09 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime
* Level 2: Estimated hourly base pay: $20.92 (minimum) - $26.15 (midpoint) - $31.38 (maximum) Plus shift differential and overtime

What You Will Be Doing
* Operating laser mark machines, inserting components into housings including but not limited to lee plugs and STI's, setting up PIND testing, pressure wash and flush.
* Following work instructions to document processes and verify parts meet customer and company specifications and quality requirements.
* Locating and following work instructions for cleaning, building, operations functions
* Completing regularly scheduled and in-process visual and measurement inspections of depth of inserts using instruments, such as micrometers and calipers
* Reading and interpreting blueprints and GD&T
* Using various computer programs and internal system to locate work and build instructions, prints and diagrams and documenting non-conformances and production
What We Are Looking For
Level 1:
* High School Diploma
* Previous manufacturing experience is highly desired
Level 2:
* High School Diploma or equivalent is required
* 12 months or more in an operation technician or similar role is strongly preferred
Minimum Requirements:
* Willing to learn new and challenging processes and techniques
* Moderate physical activity requiring agility and dexterity, including walking, standing, or bending and lifting or moving objects.
* Work is performed in area with moderate risk or discomfort that may require special safety precautions, such as wearing protective clothing or gear.
* May be required to pass Near Vision and/or Color Vision examinations.
* Ability to communicate effectively both written and oral to all levels of personnel.
* Good time management and organizational skills.
* Basic computer skills (email, data entry, etc.).
