- Estimated annual base pay : $165,600(minimum) - $207,000(midpoint) - $248,400(maximum)

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Woodward's Aerospace Sales, Marketing & Services department, the Sales Director is responsible for achieving revenue and growth objectives, building and maintaining relationships, and finding new sales opportunities.
The Military OEM Sales Director leads a team of Sales Managers that cover Military OEM customers to ensure WWD secures follow-on production and services orders on existing programs and positions Woodward for growth on next generation military programs.
The Tier 1 OEM Sales Director leads a team of Sales Managers that cover Tier 1 OEMs that provide major systems or sub-systems to prime contractors, engine and aircraft manufacturers that serve Civil and Military aerospace industry segments. This team's mission is to secure follow-on orders for existing programs and position Woodward to win new business on next generation programs.
