- Estimated annual base pay: $76,080 (minimum) - $95,100 (midpoint) - $114,120 (maximum)

- Identify and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships to ensure the best value, quality, and delivery performance for goods and services.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with government regulations, policies, and standards, including Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other relevant guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance. Prepare and present reports to management and government agencies as required.
- Develop, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met, and manage any modifications or amendments, as necessary.
- Maintain supplier schedules to ensure timely delivery of materials that align with customer requirements and the needs of the business. Identify and mitigate risks associated with procurement activities, including possible supply chain disruptions.
- Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly to ensure high standards of quality and reliability.
- US - bachelor's degree in arts/sciences (BA/BS) 4 years degree or equivalent experience required.
- Clear understanding of Nondisclosure Agreement Requirements and proprietary data
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR requirements
- Ability to demonstrate cost/price analysis skills required for competitive and non-competitive procurements
- Fully knowledgeable of Government Contracting and able to teach and mentor others; including FAR, DFARS and other government regulations
- Expert knowledge of lot sizing, material planning and production scheduling
- Expert knowledge of SAPpreferred
- Solid communication skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to problem solve and think critically.
