Responsibilities
- Fully identify our scope of work which will include buyout subcontracted items such as but not limited to Installation, Solid Surface, fabric and upholstery, metal fabrications - both decorative and support any other items for projects.
- Fully understand a casework manufacturing operation and the hiring company's capabilities specifically.
- Fully understand all AWI Specifications having worked with Veneers and specialty materials.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints / architectural drawings and specifications.
- Outline a plan to provide an Estimate Proposal to our Client Base.
- Work with Production, Engineering Department and Project Managers.
- Have sources for subcontracted items to supplement our current list.
- Participate in Project Kickoff meetings.
- Update Vendor Pricing and our times.
