Front Desk Associate Retail Sales FULL Time

Full Time Front Desk Sales Associate positions for retail pet bakery, pet supplies, and grooming salon. Responsible for scheduling appointments, inventory, stocking, merchandising, a daily social media, customer service in a fast pace environment of a boutique grooming salon. Previous salon scheduling experience will go a long way in this position.

Sales Associate Qualifications:

· 1-year previous retail, receptionist/customer service experience is a must!

· Motivated with excellent communication skills

· Preferred previous experience working with animals

· High School Diploma, basic math skills

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds of merchandise
• POS system knowledge
• Social Media knowledge and skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Understands Excellence in Customer Service
• Previous salon scheduling or appointment setting experience a plus!

We strive to impress our customers with the look and feel of our store. With a heavy emphasis on store presentation, our associates play an integral role in helping our pet parents find what they need right when they need it. You will be essential in executing merchandising, stocking, and pricing to make the pet parents experience VIP.

Sales Associate General Duties and Responsibilities;

· Answer phones and scheduling appointments.

• Greet customers, respond to questions, improve engagement with merchandise.
• Consistent professional fun customer service; communicate effectively with customers to determine needs and building trust with clientele
• Assist customers in finding products and making purchasing decisions by Providing accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Cross-sell products, conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Maintain clientele database, follow up customer calls, customer service management and community outreach and marketing.
• Stocking shelves, report and maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions, inform clients of store promotions.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain clean, organized, and efficient sales floor
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, manage merchandise returns
• Assist with animals.
• Protect the Woof Gang Bakery brand message and philosophies by maintaining a professional and personal appearance
• Additional duties/responsibilities may be assigned
