Woof Gang Bakery Danbury gives you maximum freedom to schedule the number of dogs that works for you. You are under no pressure to add dogs and possibly jeopardize the quality of your work, which is key to our clients because they pay very well for your services. We give our experienced groomers all the autonomy they need to manage their own time.

On average, Woof Gang`s full-time experience groomers can expect to earn $60K–100K per year. During your initial 3-month experience period, you’ll have 45% commission over services and you`ll always keep 100% of your tips. After 3 months with us, you’re upgraded to 50% commission, and you’ve learned how to increase your tips and total income by about 30% by using Spa Upgrades and other great offerings. Once you complete 1 year with us, we`ll also provide you with a tool sharpening allowance to help keep your equipment ready to go! Let us take care of the phones and the booking. We give our experienced groomers all the autonomy they need to manage their own time.

Required experience: Minimum one year of experience grooming pets independently in a professional environment or as part of a grooming business.
