Dog Groomer:
Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming CHAPIN is looking for Professional, Friendly, & Motivated Pet Groomers with previous grooming experience to join our Woof Pack! We are looking to hire immediately. The ideal candidate will have a profound love for animals, outstanding customer service and attention to detail. Groomers are hired as W-2 employees 100% commission based. We are 100% locally owned and operated.
Dog Groomer Requirements:
· A minimum of 2 years experience
· Dog Bathing experience
· Willing to groom several dogs a day
- Able to lift dogs that weigh up to 50 pounds
- Able to groom all dog breeds & sizes
- Able to perform quality grooming work
- Calming presence to soothe dogs
- Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time
- Ability to handle unexpected situations and helping out your woof pack.
· Recommend retail products that would aid in home grooming care and general wellbeing of pets as well as educate clients on at home day to day animal care as needed
· Groomers will check-in and talk to all pet parents at drop-off and pick-up.
· Groomers are responsible for their tools & tools maintenance as well as keeping their work area clean and organized.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.57 - $17.18 per hour
