Pet Groomer

Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and compassionate customer service to pet owners
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, haircuts, and nail trims
- Handle and restrain animals safely and securely during grooming procedures
- Monitor the health and well-being of pets during grooming sessions
- Maintain a clean and organized grooming area
- Assist with pet sitting and care for animals in the facility
- Utilize knowledge of animal behavior to ensure a positive grooming experience
- Provide basic training and behavior guidance to pet owners

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in pet grooming or related field is preferred
- Strong knowledge of different breeds and their specific grooming needs
- Excellent animal handling skills and ability to safely restrain animals
- Knowledge of basic veterinary care and ability to recognize signs of illness or injury
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with pet owners in a professional manner

Note: Equine grooming experience or veterinary assistant experience is a plus, but not required.
