We are seeking dedicated and passionate Pet Groomers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a love for animals and a strong commitment to providing exceptional grooming services. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and well-being of pets while delivering high-quality grooming services that meet our clients' expectations. This role requires both technical skills and a compassionate approach to animal care.

Responsibilities

• Perform grooming services including bathing, brushing, trimming, and styling for various breeds of dogs and cats.
• Assess the condition of pets' coats and skin, identifying any issues that may require veterinary attention.
• Handle pets safely and effectively, ensuring their comfort throughout the grooming process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area, including tools and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating with pet owners about their pets’ needs and grooming options.
• Assist with pet sitting as needed, ensuring pets are cared for in their home environment.
• Engage in heavy lifting when necessary, moving larger animals or equipment safely.
• Stay informed about the latest grooming techniques and trends to enhance service offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in pet grooming
• Strong skills in animal handling and restraint techniques to ensure safety for both pets and staff
• A genuine passion for animal care and well-being is essential.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their pets.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
