Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at our pet Boutique! The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and fur babies, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in computers, restocking and inventory, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phone calls
- Schedule appointments
- Maintain accurate records and files for dogs and their pet parents
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations and provide support where necessary.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist or similar role
- Must be able to work a register and count money
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with calendar management and appointment scheduling software.
- Ability to provide outstanding customer support while maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Must be able to lift big dogs and bags of food
