Ideal candidates have 6 or more years of experience and are able to apply sound and diverse knowledge of architectural principles and practices to a broad array of assignments and building types. In addition, candidates are able to translate conceptual ideas into detailed plans and construction documents.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overall project design.
- Complete architectural assignments with little supervision.
- Prepare project graphic presentations and present them to clients.
- Review completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
- Prepare documentation for regulatory submissions.
- Prepare construction documents.
- Organize and maintain project record information and drawings.
- Coordinate with clients, project consultants, and engineers.
- 6 years of experience in Architecture and Architectural Design.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture required; Master’s Degree a plus.
- State of Florida Professional Architectural Registration a plus.
- Excellent design skills.
- Ability to lead a design team.
- Ability to work directly with Principals and Project Managers and follow their lead
- Must be self-motivated to meet deadlines and improve process and deliverables.
- Excellent communication skills are required.
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD, REVIT and SKETCHUP
- Advanced-level competency in Microsoft Office Suite
